Kitabee Arabic Language Program Sponsorship Agreement Terms and Conditions

1. Target Audience:
a. Kitabee Academy will make efforts to target children of Arabic and Muslim background for the sponsored program but does not guarantee the exclusivity of these backgrounds among participating children.

2. The Educational Process:
a. The sponsor acknowledges and agrees that they have no right to interfere in the educational process, curriculum, or any operational aspects of the Kitabee Arabic language programs.
b. Kitabee Academy ensures that the Kitabee Program refrains from endorsing or imparting any political or religious ideologies as part of its educational curriculum.

3. Ramadan Challenge:
a. Kitabee Academy will organize a Ramadan Challenge to encourage participating children to learn Arabic reading and writing, incorporating incentive programs to motivate engagement.

4. Online Access Duration:
a. Participating children will have online access to the Kitabee Academy platform for a period of 12 months from the enrollment date.

5. Financial Commitment:
a. The sponsor agrees to provide financial support to Kitabee Academy for either Kitabee 1, Kitabee 2, or Kitabee 3 online Arabic language programs according to the participating children’s levels.
b. The sponsor commits to the agreed-upon financial contribution and is not allowed to withdraw support once payment has been made.
c. Once the sponsor makes a financial commitment to the Kitabee Arabic Program, they are ineligible for any refund of their monetary contribution.

6. Legal Disputes:
a. In the event of any legal dispute arising from this sponsorship agreement, it will be resolved in the Australian courts in the Australian Capital Territory.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, both the sponsor and Kitabee Academy commit to a collaborative partnership focused on the advancement of Arabic language education, cultural enrichment, and the overall success of the sponsored programs.
